Provide expert insight to the directorate leadership team on website user behaviour and analytics configuration. Consult with colleagues across the organisation on appropriate evaluation of website projects, including building data dashboards which are easy to use and interpret. Subject matter expert on Google Analytics, which collects data from 100,000s of page views per day. Conduct statistical, quantitative and qualitative analyses of website user data, and provide guidance to improve UX of the organisation’s websites. Ambassador for website analytics, producing guidance on interpreting data, and running weekly drop-in sessions for colleagues to ask any question they have about their website data. Agile Product Owner of the Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust website for six months, acting as a go-between for technical and non-technical teams. Chaired regular meetings with clinical staff and conducted UX research to transform the Trust website, making it the go-to digital tool for patients and their families. Led launch of Great Ormond Street Hospital Trust Twitter channel – devised digital campaign to promote launch internally and externally, and created content aligned to organisational strategy. Digital campaign lead for pioneering research and clinical buildings – created and managed multi-platform content and utilised digital metrics to maximise audience engagement. Managed web content for the NHS Trust website.
